Refund policy
To ensure you are completely satisfied with your order Diana Vincent has a no hassle 30 day return and exchange policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your order we will accept the return of any unworn and undamaged merchandise. Items accepted must be returned in the original condition in which they were received at the time of delivery. Upon receiving your return or exchange, the item will be inspected by a Customer Care specialist. Please note: we do not accept returns or exchanges of special order, engraved and custom items.
All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt and a return authorization number. Please be sure to follow the Packing, Shipping and Insurance instructions included on the original receipt. Upon request the original purchaser will be refunded in the same form that payment was received. If you are returning a gift you will receive a nonrefundable merchandise credit. This credit will be accepted towards the purchase of any item available from dianavincent.com and at the Diana Vincent Store. If you cannot come to the store, please call us to use your credit and order by phone. Please also note: Gifts that were special orders, engraved or custom items are not returnable.
