What are my payment options?
Diana Vincent accepts the following forms of payment for on-line purchases:

In addition we accept the following additional forms of payment for phone orders and at the Diana Vincent Store:

The transaction amount of your on-line order is allocated at the time we have verified your card details, received credit authorization and confirm stock availability.
Payment [fund transfers] does not occur until your order is shipped.
In the case of checks, they must clear and the funds be posted to the Diana Vincent account before the order is shipped.
Finally, Diana Vincent Inc. retains the right to contact you, as needed, to confirm details of your order or payment.

 

Will I be charged Sales Tax?

Diana Vincent charges sales tax in compliance with Pennsylvania law. Specifically, if an item is delivered physically or by mail in Pennsylvania, applicable sales tax will be charged. If a piece is delivered by mail outside Pennsylvania, Diana Vincent Inc. will not charge sales tax. In the event that State and Applicable Laws require, the purchaser may be liable to pay the sales or use tax.

What are your shipping options and rates?

Currently Diana Vincent only accepts online orders to shipping addresses within the United States. For security reasons, Diana Vincent does not ship orders to P.O, APO and FPO Boxes. In addition all shipments will require an adult signature upon delivery.

All purchases are shipped via USPSTM insured mail; the following charges apply to each shipment within the United States.

Ground Shipping and Handling – allow 3 to 5 business days: $ 15.00
Express Shipping Handling – allow 1 to 2 business days: $ 25.00
Gift Cards only – First Class Mail: No Charge

For orders over $1,000.00 there will be No Shipping and Handling charge.

How do I track my order?

To ensure the security of your delivery, Diana Vincent does not provide tracking numbers, but we do maintain a tracking number for each delivery. If you have questions about the delivery of your purchase, a Diana Vincent Customer Care Specialist will be pleased to assist you via e-mail at: customercare@dianavincent.com or by phone at 215-493-0969 Tuesday thru Friday 10:00am to 5:00pm EST, Saturday 10:00am to 4:00pm EST.

What is your Return and Exchange policy?

To ensure you are completely satisfied with your order Diana Vincent has a no hassle 30 day return and exchange policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your order we will accept the return of any unworn and undamaged merchandise. Items accepted must be returned in the original condition in which they were received at the time of delivery. Upon receiving your return or exchange, the item will be inspected by a Customer Care specialist. Please note: we do not accept returns or exchanges of special order, engraved and custom items.

All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt and a return authorization number. Please be sure to follow the Packing, Shipping and Insurance instructions included on the original receipt. Upon request the original purchaser will be refunded in the same form that payment was received. If you are returning a gift you will receive a nonrefundable merchandise credit. This credit will be accepted towards the purchase of any item available from dianavincent.com and at the Diana Vincent Store. If you cannot come to the store, please call us to use your credit and order by phone. Please also note: Gifts that were special orders, engraved or custom items are not returnable.

How do I return an item?

To return an item, please follow these instructions exactly:

  • Call 215-493-0969 to obtain your Return Authorization Number.
  • Make sure to retain a copy of your Diana Vincent purchase receipt.
  • Pack the item securely in a box and seal the box with paper tape. Do not use plastic tape!
  • Affix the enclosed return label to the box and be sure to write the Return Authorization Number in the area provided.
  • Your package is now ready for return by the shipper of your choice.
  • Insure your package for full value. Insurance values more than $500.00 will need to be shipped via US Postal Service Registered MailTM insured with a return receipt requested. NOTE: UPSTM and FedExTM do not insure anything over $500.00.
  • Insurance values less than $500.00 can be shipped via the shipper of your choice. Be sure to insure your package for the full value with a return receipt requested.

Diana Vincent is not responsible for your lost or damaged items in transit.

How do I change or cancel an Order?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please send an e-mail as soon as possible to customercare@dianavincent.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, once an item has left our premises, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified until the item has been returned to us. In this case, please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy and return your purchase once you have received it.

Does Diana Vincent gift wrap?

All items purchased from dianavincent.com arrive beautifully packaged at no extra charge in a signature Diana Vincent green box with bow. We will include a signature Diana Vincent gift bag, with tissue and a blank card so you can write a personal gift message. On the reverse side of your invoice there is a detachable gift receipt to be presented with your item.

Can I send a gift directly from Diana Vincent?

Sending a gift of Diana Vincent jewelry makes a definite statement. It suggests quality, originality, personal choice and luxury all in one.

Every item you order from Diana Vincent comes beautifully wrapped and ready for gift giving at no extra charge. See GIFT WRAP. You may also include a personalized note, hand-written with your message.

Should you choose this option, a gift invoice, excluding prices, will be included with your packages.

What are Diana Vincent's Gift Card Terms and Conditions?

Diana Vincent proudly offers gift cards to its customers. Gift cards may be purchased at the Diana Vincent store, online at dianavincent.com or by phone in various denominations from $50.00 to $10,000.00. The card physically is the format and size of a bank or credit card and it has a 19 digit account number and a scratch off PIN on the back side of the card.

Sales tax is not charged at the time the gift card is purchased. Rather, sales tax is charged only when the gift card recipient uses the card to pay for Diana Vincent goods or services, and the goods are delivered in Pennsylvania.

Buyers and gift card recipients are advised to treat the card like cash. The card is redeemable by the bearer for goods or services at the Diana Vincent Store. It may also be used, as available in the future, by phone or on-line.

The card is not redeemable for cash or for credit to a Diana Vincent account except where required by law. Cards are not refundable once purchased. If the card is lost, stolen or destroyed within 30 days, Diana Vincent will for the original buyer with the original purchase receipt, expire the old card and issue a new one. After 30 days, no gift card replacement will be made.

Diana Vincent gift cards arrive beautifully gift wrapped in signature Diana Vincent packaging at no extra charge.

As a current promotion, there is no charge for First Class mailing of a Gift Card. In Checkout Step 2, please make sure to select the Shipping Method "Gift Card Only".

Are all of the items at the Diana Vincent store available online?

Currently, we offer a select group of Diana Vincent designs online. New items are added on a weekly basis so come back and visit us again! For updates on new Diana Vincent designs join our mailing list, and of course you can come to the Diana Vincent store to see the entire collection.

What is My Wish List?

Your Wish List allows you to save the items that you're thinking about and to share them with a friend. They will remain in your Wish List as long as they are available on our site. To purchase the items, simply move them to your Shopping Bag and proceed to Checkout. To add an item to your Wish List, click the "Wish List" link on any product page. You can manage your Wish list in the MY ACCOUNT section.

Your Wish list is NOT the same as your Shopping Bag. If you decide to purchase an item in your Wish List, you must move it from your Wish List to your Shopping Bag before you can complete your order.

Does Diana Vincent jewelry have a Warranty?

Diana Vincent Inc. provides a lifetime warranty to the original purchaser on all Diana Vincent jewelry. This lifetime warranty covers all defects in material or workmanship but as noted below it does not cover what we judge to be neglect, abuse or damage. Therefore, the periodic inspection of your jewelry is the best way to safeguard against any potential problems. Diana Vincent will gladly provide free inspections of all your jewelry at the Diana Vincent store.

WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
The Diana Vincent lifetime warranty does not cover any item that has been worked on by any workshop other than the Diana Vincent Studio. If another jeweler or entity performs any work on any Diana Vincent jewelry, Diana Vincent Inc. will not be held responsible and the lifetime warranty becomes null and void.

Diana Vincent Inc. will not be responsible for any damage to Diana Vincent jewelry due to negligence or abuse and the lifetime warranty will become null and void.

The loss of the center stone, such as a diamond is not covered under the Diana Vincent lifetime warranty. Such a loss will be covered under your Homeowners Insurance policy. Please note that a separate insurance rider may be required to fully cover all of your fine jewelry. Please contact your insurance company for more information regarding your insurance policy limits and requirements. There are several insurance companies that specialize in protecting your jewelry assets. Diana Vincent Inc. recommends The Chubb Group of Insurance Companies http://www.chubb.com and Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company http://www.jewelersmutual.com.

How can I get my Diana Vincent jewelry repaired?

In a perfect world you wouldn't need it, but in the event you do, Diana Vincent offers repair service for any Diana Vincent item. Professional cleanings are recommended as often as once a year. We encourage you to bring your Diana Vincent jewelry back to us for professional servicing. Our staff is knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of jewelry care, cleaning gemstones, restringing pearls and repairs.

Please enclose a detailed repair request, your contact information, and a copy of the original sales receipt. We recommend that you package the item securely and ship the merchandise via insured mail as Diana Vincent Inc. will not be responsible for problems with delivery or if damage occurs during shipping. Follow the Return and Exchange Policy for complete instructions and allow at least 2 weeks for the processing and return of your repair.

Why would an Item be on backorder?

It is Diana Vincent's policy to process all orders in an expeditious, yet responsible manner. Based on metal, gemstone choice and inventory, occasionally a selected style may be temporarily out of stock. From time to time, an order may also be placed on hold for a variety of reasons. Once your order has been placed on hold, Diana Vincent will contact you within two (2) business days in order to verify all of the necessary information to complete the order process and to inform you when we are able to fill your order. Once we have attempted to contact you, Diana Vincent reserves the right to cancel the order after five (5) business days if no response is received.

What is your Conflict Diamond Policy?

Every Diamond in Diana Vincent Jewelry is Conflict-Free and Child Labor Free.

Diana Vincent is aware of the problem of conflict diamonds and has taken measures to guarantee that no conflict diamonds enter its supply chain or its jewelry.

Thanks in great part to international cooperation between governments, the diamond industry, retail jewelers and non-government organizations such as Global Witness and Partnership Africa Canada, vast improvements have been made in the fight against conflict diamonds. However one diamond used to fund conflict is one too many, and continued vigilance is essential.

What is a conflict diamond?

Conflict diamonds are rough, uncut diamonds used by rebel movements or their allies to finance armed conflict aimed at undermining legitimate governments. In 1998 the Non-government Organization (NGO) Global Witness brought to the world's attention the fact that rebel groups were funding their wars against legitimate governments in this way.

What is the Kimberley Process?

The World Diamond Council has worked successfully with the United Nations, governments and groups such as Global Witness and Partnership Africa Canada to introduce a system for the certification of the source of uncut diamonds to prevent the trade in conflict diamonds. This system, known as the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KPCS), was formally adopted in November 2002, and came into operation on January 1, 2003.

How does the Kimberley Process work?

The KPCS requires participating governments to ensure that each shipment of rough diamonds exported be in a secure container and accompanied by a uniquely numbered, government-validated certificate stating that the diamonds are conflict-free. Over 45 countries participate, representing all the nations with significant involvement in the diamond trade. All 45 importing countries agree not to accept any rough diamonds without an approved Kimberley Process Certificate.

What is Diana Vincent doing to prevent the use of conflict diamonds in Diana Vincent jewelry?

We believe the injury and hardship suffered by any local population when conflicts arise in diamond producing areas is unacceptable. We believe that seeking to profit from conflicts in diamond producing areas is also unacceptable, and we are committed to taking action to address concerns arising out of the misuse of rough diamonds:

Diana Vincent jewelry is only available at, the Diana Vincent Store, and at dianavincent.com. Diana Vincent purchases diamonds only from suppliers that adhere to the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme and the System of Warranties.

The System of Warranties was developed by the World Diamond Council (WDC) representing the entire spectrum of the industry from mining houses to retail jewelers. Its principal element is the requirement for a declaration on the invoice accompanying every transaction of rough diamonds, polished diamonds and diamond jewelry that declares that the diamonds are 'not involved in funding conflict and are in compliance with United Nations resolutions. These warranties and declarations are subject to audit and oversight by the relevant national authorities.

Under the provisions of the Kimberley Process, mandated by the United Nations, endorsed by the Security Council and enshrined in the national law of all participating countries, Diana Vincent, and all other members of the industry are obliged to trade only with sellers that use the System of Warranties.

We have informed all our trade diamond suppliers in writing that we require them to supply Diana Vincent exclusively with merchandise that complies with the Kimberley Process, which obliges them to issue the following guarantee in writing:

"The diamonds herein invoiced have been purchased from legitimate sources that are not involved in funding conflict and are in compliance with United Nations resolutions. The seller hereby guarantees that these diamonds are conflict free based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantee provided by the supplier of these diamonds."

Our retail sales associates are fully knowledgeable with regard to Kimberley Process requirements. Additionally we have briefed them on government regulations and the Diana Vincent policy to combat the trade in conflict diamonds. Sales associates are encouraged to provide interested customers with copies of Diana Vincent's policy and supplier warranties, and to enter into discussion about the issue of conflict diamonds and Diana Vincent's role in preventing their trade.

We also require that our suppliers warrant to Diana Vincent that the merchandise they supply will be manufactured under working conditions consistent with international guidelines, primarily the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights and International Labor Organization conventions, particularly those relating to child labor.
