Official Rules For Shopping Spree
How to Enter:
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter, complete the on-line registration form located at http://www.dianavincent.com/promo_signup.aspx and add items to your wishlist. All on-line entrants must provide a valid e-mail address, along with their first and last names and current billing address. Entries with P.O. boxes or APO addresses cannot be accepted.
All entries must be received between 15th November, 2009, at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and 15th December, 2009, at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Entry Period”). To be eligible to receive the shopping spree, your entry must be received during the Entry Period. Diana Vincent encourages you to submit your entry as early as possible. So long as the entry is made during the Entry Period, your entry will be reviewed by Diana Vincent.
Any effort by an entrant to misrepresent themselves through the use of aliases will disqualify entries of that entrant. One (1) entry per person. By participating in this Shopping spree, all entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and agree that their entries and other information collected in connection with each entry may be used by the Sponsor in accordance with its Privacy Policy (please review our Privacy Policy for more information).

This promotion is sponsored by Diana Vincent, Inc. (“Diana Vincent”). Diana Vincent is solely responsible for this promotion.
Eligibility
This shopping spree is open to U.S. residents who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of their submission.
Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about 16th December 2009 from all eligible entries submitted. The odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received. Entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. The decisions of Diana Vincnet are final and binding in all matters relating to this shopping spree.
Winner will be notified by telephone and/or email and/or mail and Diana Vincent reserves the right to determine any additional means of notification. Diana Vincent shall not be liable for: (1) failed, returned or misdirected notifications based on inaccurate information provided by the winner on the entry form; or (2) entries, and responses to winner notifications which are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, misdirected, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient in whole or in part or for computer or technical errors of any kind. Winner will be given seven (7) business days from the first day of notification to respond to claim the winning shopping spree. A non-response by the winner or non-receipt of notification response after the specified seven (7) business days will be considered winner's forfeiture of the prize and an alternate winner may be selected from the pool of eligible entries. If an entrant is found to be ineligible for any reason in the sole and absolute discretion of Diana Vincent, an alternate winner may also be selected from the pool of eligible entries. At the sole and absolute discretion of Diana Vincent, the winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that winner is the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry.
Shopping Spree
For this shopping spree, there will be one (1) grand prize awarded nationally in the U.S. consisting of $1,500 (including shipping and handling, sales tax and insurance) worth of jewelry found on DianaVincent.com or in the store. Winner must be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of his/her submission and agree through submitting his/her entry electronically to waive any and all claim of liability against Diana Vincent, its affiliates, and their respective employees and agents for any personal injury or loss, which may occur from participation in the shopping spree or from the claim and use of any items received.
General Conditions
In the event of non-compliance by the winner, with the official rules of this shopping spree, an alternative winner(s) may be awarded the respective shopping spree. The $1,500 shopping spree may not be substituted for cash. It can be applied towards any piece of jewelry listed on DianaVincent.com or found in the physical store. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for Diana Vincent to use the winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, address (city and state) and testimonials, in printed, broadcast or news media, in perpetuity, in any manner they deem appropriate in connection with promoting this promotion or with regard to any future promotion, without further compensation in connection with this shopping spree.
Releases
By participating, entrants agree that Diana Vincent, those involved in the development, production (including prize suppliers), implementation and distribution of this promotion and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers, and agencies, and their directors, officers, agents, employees, attorneys, and any other person or entity associated with such entities and/or promotion shall not be liable for any and all claims, damages, losses or injuries, including any third party claims, arising from or relating to, in whole or in part, this shopping spree, including entry and participation in this promotion and acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the item(s) recieved.
Diana Vincent shall not be liable for entries and winner notification responses that are delayed, lost, misdirected, mis-delivered, marked postage-due, illegible, mutilated, incorrect or incomplete, and such entries will be not be eligible for this promotion. Diana Vincent shall not be responsible for any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer on-line system, computer equipment, software, program malfunctions or other failures, delayed computer transactions or network connections that are human, mechanical or technical in nature, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from downloading any part of this shopping spree. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this shopping spree will be ineligible to receive the shopping spree and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Diana Vincent reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this shopping spree should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond its control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the shopping spree. Diana Vincent further reserves the right to modify the rules of the shopping spree in any way or at any time, as long as reasonable notice is given.
Rules/Participant Recieving Shopping Spree
Winner will be notified via telephone and/or mail and/or e-mail address using the contact information given at the time of entry.
Removal of Participant's Name from Diana Vincent Participant and e-mail List
In the event participants wish to have their information updated, altered or deleted from Diana Vincent's e-mail list, they may contact Diana Vincent by e-mail at customercare@dianavincent.com. Should a participant entering the shopping spree decline to be included on Diana Vincent’s e-mail list, their information will automatically be deleted from Diana Vincent’s participant list within sixty days of this shopping spree.
Participants are not obligated to be included on the e-mail list and participants who wish to be included will receive information regarding events, promotions, products or about the company.
